For our private clients it is useful to organise an initial consultation at your home or site.  At this meeting, we can offer broad advice and give you guidance on how to proceed.  We charge €200 & travelling expenses plus Vat for this service, which normally takes 1-hour.

Should you wish, we can then provide a professional fee quotation based on the scope of work and services you require minus the consultation fee. Typically Fees follow the Royal Institute of Architects Ireland (RIAI) work stages.
